    • There is a fairly steep learning curve to setting up and learning OwnerRez that intimidates some people and it isn't as intuitive as other platforms.  Once users become familiar with the software this is typically no longer an issue.  If you are easily overwhelmed by technology consider taking advantage of the ProConnect service.
    • Some may consider that it doesn’t have a dedicated mobile app as a disadvantage. Others would say that’s not an issue since the site is responsive and can be saved to your screen like an app.
    • As with all direct booking websites built through property management software templates, if you use the OwnerRez website feature, you will lose your site if you switch to a different PMS.
    • Currently, the telephone support number goes to voicemail and directs you to leave a message or send an email.  It can take 24 hours to receive a reply, but the support is very thorough and will check back to be sure your issue has been resolved.

    Property Managers and Co-hosts –  It depends. Co-hosts and those who only manage a handful of properties could make Hospitable work by choosing the right companies to supplement their tech stack. This may be a good option for those who want an easy to set up and easy to use PMS.

    Compared to other enterprise-level property management software though, Hospitable is missing features such as owner statements, robust reporting, and automated rental agreements that would make it a good fit for larger property managers and co-hosts. Features such as the ability to easily connect other owners’ Airbnb accounts to a Hospitable account, and the ability to create email aliases make it apparent Hospitable is seeking to strengthen their hand in this arena and it is worth watching to see what new features they roll out.
