Pros

  • Has a waterproof outdoor sensor.
  • No batteries are required for indoor sensors.
  • NoiseAware has a helpful guide for hosts regarding how to disclose NoiseAware in your listing.  The guide  includes verbiage templates.
  • NoiseAware accounts can be set up to send hosts or managers an automated daily report showing what messages were sent out the night before.
  • Customer support is also willing to customize the reports as needed.

Cons

  • Currently no way to confirm PMS integration is working or if they have the correct guest information for a particular reservation.
  • Alert notifications are limited to just the main booking guest, not entire group.
  • Currently there is no ability to edit the messages sent to guests from the NoiseAware system. Although, the default messages have been tested by NoiseAware to be guest-friendly and effective.
