Pros

Minut Response Service (add-on to the existing plan) can send a certified responder if there's a noise issue at your property.
Outdoor sensors are available.
Battery life lasts a year.
Minut integrates with a wide range of property management systems.
The added ability to monitor for temperature and humidity can be helpful in determining if a door or window was left open. This feature can also alert a homeowner of furnace or air conditioning system failures, which could be especially important for property owners in winter climates where a furnace failure could lead to frozen pipes.
Occupancy monitoring can alert you to parties or overcrowding events at your property.
Minut has announced they will be releasing a new sensor with the capability to detect smoke.

Cons

In the past Minut did not have a product that could monitor outdoors. That issue will be resolved with the latest Minut product release.
It would be great to see additional smart lock and climate control integrations added.
No ability to export data or create reports to use as proof when dealing with problem guests.
