What Placing an Order Through HostGPO Looks Like

4. Within the partner’s page users will be provided instructions on how to receive the group buying discount: getting a coupon code, setting up a trade account, or simply shopping directly with the vendor through the HostGPO portal.

Shipment details:

Shipping is according to each company’s customary shipping policy with the individual companies shipping charges.

Mode of payment:

Payment is made to each vendor directly.

Order Confirmation

An email confirmation will be sent by the vendor after placing your order.

Returns and Cancellations

If your order has not shipped, you may request changes by contacting the vendor directly.

Returns and Restocking:

Returns and restocking are subject to each vendor’s individual return and restocking policy.

Contact Support:

Live chat support from 8 AM to 9 PM EST Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 6 PM EST on weekends. Messages may be left after hours and users will be contacted promptly when support hours resume.

Pros

HostGPO discounts apply to nearly all items from each vendor, not just certain styles or SKUs.
HostGPO has guaranteed best pricing and deeper discounts.
Curated brands that are hospitality optimized, including wholesalers not generally available to consumers.
With some vendors you can shop directly through the HOSTGPO portal, which is quick and easy.
Though the exact discount amounts can't be disclosed here, some vendors have generous discounts.
Sometimes the discounts can be taken on top of sale prices.

Cons

HostGPO has a membership fee. If you aren't planning to make any purchases in a year, it may not justify the membership cost. But with the membership guarantee, HostGPO will refund you your membership fee if you don't save more than the cost during any given year.
