  • Wide range of integrations to fill in any feature gaps.
  • The Guesty mobile app has good ratings.
  • With Guesty for Hosts and Guesty Pro, they can continue to support hosts as they grow and scale their business.

Cons

  • Must subscribe to Guesty Pro to have access to the full range of features.
  • Customer support is only available via the knowledge database, or email ticketing system.
  • Each third party integration will cost you an additional fee on top of the monthly fee for Guesty.
  • Migration from Guesty for Hosts to Guesty for Pros is similar to switching to an entirely new PMS. It would be great to see the handoff from one to the other improved.
