Ciirus is a property management software offering reservations, website integrations, marketing, accounting, and guest communication solutions. It is recommended for owners, property managers, and co-hosts who manage more than five properties. It is a cloud based platform that is fully functional on mobile.

Pricing

Tiered pricing based on the number of active properties plus a small percentage of booking revenue from integrated channels.

Pros

  • One of the most complete built-in feature sets of PMS platforms currently available.  Third party integrations are available, but less necessary.
  • Using the built-in digital guest guide would save the cost of a third party integration.
  • Using the built-in property care tool would save the cost of a third part integration.
  • Marketing, SEO, and distribution tools can help managers get more bookings.
  • The wholesale distribution feature allows listings to be found on sites it can be difficult to gain access to.

Cons

  • Not available for owners with less than 5 properties.
  • Because of the CiiRUS platform's robustness, new users should expect a learning curve.
  • CiiRUS+ features are not available without an additional fee.
  • On-platform messaging is currently only available for Airbnb.
